During my time at Z-Wave Design, we collaborated with a startup preparing to launch in New York, USA, through crowdfunding. Our role was to design a smart soccer goal specifically tailored for young kids who enjoy playing soccer in their backyards. The objective was to enhance interaction and introduce a gaming element to self-practice soccer games, making the experience more engaging and dynamic.
Design Process
The Stunner Smart Soccer Goal is being developed for manufacturing in China and shipment to the U.S. We were exploring various form factors and assembly methods while optimizing for cost efficiency. A key consideration is maximizing container space utilization to ensure a viable and competitive shipping cost. Additionally, we are evaluating how users will assemble the product to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.
